I love a Pathfinder and soda as an end of day treat! It's the first thing I've had that feels like a satisfying replacement for beer, wine, or whiskey. It has curious but pleasant herbal, bitter, and citrus qualities like to combination a grown up Coca Cola and a old fashioned.
Tastes like a cocktail worthy of sipping. Put it in a tall glass with ice and you're in party mode!!

Herbaceous with lovely bitter notes and a touch of cola. Reminds me a little of Fernet Branca. I come back to this NA spirit again and again; it never disappoints!
Like many others, I am always looking for healthier ways to celebrate or unwind at the end of the day. I lean toward red wine or scotch, the latter neat. Many alcohol alternatives are best served in a mixed drink, which is not my preference. Pathfinder scratches that itch - something with enough bite to drink neat, but still good when mixed with a ginger soda.

I first tried this at a local restaurant who made me a mocktail with grapefruit juice . . . which I liked, but when I ordered my own bottle I realized how delish it is with just soda water, an orange peel and a little maraschino cherry. I have been trying to cut back on drinking alcohol for health reasons and these "spirits" give me a nice special drink at the end of a hard day. And I sleep like a baby. Thanks so much!

If you like to experiment with NA “booze,” for whatever reason, you — like me — have probably been bamboozled into buying some bottle of “nearly bourbon” or likewise where the reviews gaslighted you into thinking that, this time, we promise, this isn’t some bottle full of bland, watery disappointment.
I’ve been there. I’ve climbed that mountain with you. And let me be the one to assure you, whatever Pathfinder is, it ain’t that.
It’s bitter. Maybe even too bitter. Certainly for some. It’s flavorful. It’ll punch you in the face. Want an NA Negroni? It can absolutely give you that, with all the bitterness you expect. An Old Fashioned? With the right syrup, you can come pretty damn close. Neat? I mean, it can be done. I might recommend one piece of ice, but no judgment.
For some context, I might actually like Dr Zero Zero Amarno just a hair better. Slightly more balance there. But if you want an NA spirit that truly, legitimately delivers on the claim of not being watered down and flavor backward, and if you handle bitterness like a guy who’s been divorced three times by the time he’s 35, then get this. Seriously.
We are using pathfinder for our bar at Saint Claire, New Orleans, Louisiana. Happy to buy direct, but hoping you will distribute in the southeastern states soon. Our guests love the pathfinder spirit.
I tried pathfinder at a restaurant in Seattle. Just an amazing taste. I mixed mine with soda water a slice of orange and lemon with a splash of cherry juice. Try it you will not be disappointed.

I was very pleased with the flavor and feel of this stuff in my non-alcoholic mixed drinks. It pairs well with my favorite THC drink.

Recently decided to cut back on my alcohol consumption, and ordered a variety of NA beverages to sample. The imitation whiskies, gins, rum, etc. are by-and-large horrible. Some NA wines are drinkable, but “meh.” The “elixirs” that aren’t trying to imitate an actual spirit seem to me the best route to take, and so far The Pathfinder is the only one I can truly say I love! So much so that I’ve subscribed to a monthly bottle!! I can’t really describe the wonderful flavor with its delightful bitterness, but I’ve been enjoying it straight as well as with various seltzers. Great stuff! Buy it; you won’t be disappointed…!
There is absolutely nothing like Pathfinder. It's good on it's own and with everything else I have put it in, as an alternative or an additive. I wish I knew how they did it, but for now I will just have to keep loving it in a state of mystified admiration. A little herbal, bitter, sweet. Reminiscent of a health tincture that makes you feel good all the way through, but much more pleasant. You just have to try it.
