I love a Pathfinder and soda as an end of day treat! It's the first thing I've had that feels like a satisfying replacement for beer, wine, or whiskey. It has curious but pleasant herbal, bitter, and citrus qualities like to combination a grown up Coca Cola and a old fashioned.
Tastes like a cocktail worthy of sipping. Put it in a tall glass with ice and you're in party mode!!

Herbaceous with lovely bitter notes and a touch of cola. Reminds me a little of Fernet Branca. I come back to this NA spirit again and again; it never disappoints!
Like many others, I am always looking for healthier ways to celebrate or unwind at the end of the day. I lean toward red wine or scotch, the latter neat. Many alcohol alternatives are best served in a mixed drink, which is not my preference. I first tried this at a local restaurant who made me a mocktail with grapefruit juice . . . which I liked, but when I ordered my own bottle I realized how delish it is with just soda water, an orange peel and a little maraschino cherry.
