An earthy, spicy Pathfinder cocktail with chaga and Firewater bitters.
- 1.5 oz. The Pathfinder Hemp and Root
- 2 oz. chilled chaga tea
- .5 oz. Demerara syrup
- .25 oz. Lemon juice
- 4–6 dashes Scrappy's Firewater Bitters
Instructions: Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Fine strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Express fresh lemon peel over the drink and discard. Write what’s vexing you on a small piece of paper and set it alight. Watch with delight as the fire destroys the bad vibe; drink to your satisfaction.

Demerara Syrup Recipe: Combine 1 cup Demerara sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring just until the sugar dissolves. Let cool, then store in a clean jar in the fridge.
