Moonlit Path
A tropical, frothy Pathfinder cocktail with pineapple and cinnamon.
- 2 oz. The Pathfinder Hemp and Root
- 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
- .5 oz. Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Simple Syrup
- .5 oz. Egg White
Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice until thoroughly chilled. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.
Garnish: Powdered cinnamon stencil
Glassware: Chilled Cocktail coupe
Simple Syrup Recipe: Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool and store in the fridge in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
