A bright, bubbly Pathfinder cocktail with passionfruit and grapefruit.
- 1 oz. The Pathfinder Hemp and Root
- .5 oz. Dry Gin
- .75 oz. Passionfruit juice
- .5 oz. Pink grapefruit
- Top with Champagne
Instructions: Shake all ingredients except Champagne in a cocktail shaker with ice. Fine strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne and garnish.
Garnish: Grapefruit peel and thyme sprig
